It is the responsibility of applicants to collect the envelopes containing their letters and passports related to visa applications from Faisal Tours & Travel. Unclaimed envelopes with passports/letters are sent back to the Consulate General in Delhi after one month of receiving back at FTT from Saudi Embassy in Delhi.
Applicants who fail to collect their envelopes within the timeframes indicated above must approach the passport office directly in order to obtain their passport back. Once passports have been handed over to the local passport authorities, the Saudi Consulate will no longer be responsible and unable to assist.
